Swarnakamal Priyabadini was born in Orissa (India) on 5^th of July 1984. She obtained her Master of Science (MSc) degree in Physics from Utkal University, Orissa in the year 2007 and Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Solid State Materials from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in the year 2009. She did her MTech project in Walter Schottky Institute, Technische Universität München, Germany under DAAD fellowship program. Currently she is working as a PhD student on the topic ‘3D stacking of ultrathin chips and chip packages’.
