Johan De Baets graduated in electronic engineering from Ghent University in 1985. He is currently working towards a doctoral degree at the same university (Yes, his PhD is still not finished... although the table of contents is now available). He is co-ordinating several European and national research projects on high density interconnection and advanced substrate technology.
