The Centre for Microsystems Technology presently (January 2010) consists of 53 people from 8 different nationalities, most of which are young researchers:
- 6 professors including 1 guest professor
- 8 postdoc researchers
- 26 PhD students
- 13 highly skilled research supporting staff
