The Centre for Microsystems Technology presently (December 2011) consists of 51 people from 10 different nationalities, most of which are young researchers:
- 6 professors including 1 guest professor
- 12 postdoc researchers
- 19 PhD students
- 13 highly skilled research supporting staff
- 1 business developer
