The Centre for Microsystems Technology presently (April 2010) consists of 51 people from 8 different nationalities, most of which are young researchers:
- 6 professors including 1 guest professor
- 9 postdoc researchers
- 24 PhD students
- 12 highly skilled research supporting staff
